Basically Wild Scents – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Basically Wild Scents. By accessing or placing an order on www.basicallywildcents.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” – Basically Wild Scents, LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company.

  • “You,” “your,” “Customer” – any person who visits or places an order on the Site.

  • “Products” – all air fresheners, display units, and related items offered for sale.

2. Orders & Payment

  1. Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  2. Prices & Taxes. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Nevada. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees that may apply outside Nevada.

  3. Payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is authorized and captured at time of shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Processing Time. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  2. Shipping Methods. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx—estimated transit times are 3–7 business days.

  3. Risk of Loss. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments once in the carrier’s possession.

4. Returns & Refunds

  1. 30-Day Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unused Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping).

  2. How to Return. Email info@basicallywildscents.com for an RMA. Ship returns to our Nevada warehouse; you pay return shipping unless the item is defective.

  3. Refunds. Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item.

  4. All Items opened are deemed as USED and are not eligible for any refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—images, text, illustrations, trade dress, logos, and design—are owned or licensed by Wild Breeze Scents, LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

  1. No Warranties. Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  2. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Basically Wild Scents, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of Products.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
